Baking gluten-free breads by hand can often be a very time consuming
process.  Have you thought about purchasing a bread machine to reduce the
preparation time?  Do you have a bread machine, but baked bricks instead of
breads?

Jay Berger, Tech Support & General Manager, of Miss Roben's, a mail order
supplier of gluten-free products in Frederick, MD, will help you choose the
correct bread machine best for baking GF breads, and how to ensure the
proper rising, consistency and browning of your breads.

If you own a bread machine, please bring it to the meeting for discussion
and preparation tips.

Pasta Sampler Miss Roben's will be donating a variety of pastas from
different manufacturers.  Jay will assist us in cooking the perfect
pasta to be topped with your choice of homemade pesto or an Italian red
sauce.  To complement our tasting, we'll have fresh baked rolls donated
by Chebe tapioca breads.

Directions to Meeting

Take Rt. 7 West to Sterling Turn right at the Stop light for POTOMAC
VIEW RD (If you pass Virginia Community College on your right, you've
gone too far) On your right you'll pass Kohls At the second light,
you'll turn left on PALISADES PKWY Look for a Lutheran Church on your
left, turn immediately after the church.  This road turns into WHITFIELD PL

On your left, you'll see the Loudoun County Library
On your right will be the back of Cascades Marketplace

Turn Left after the Library, and you'll see a brick sign with Loudoun County
Senior Center.  Park anywhere.
