  Columbia University in New York City will be hosting an excellent CPE
  "Celiac Disease: A Comprehensive Review" for dietitians, nurses and
other health professionals on Saturday June 14. Highlights include:

Disease presentations, diagnosis, complications such as osteoporosis and
development of other autoimmune disorders, gluten-free diet, safe
grains, oats, ingredient and labeling issues, case studies and more.
There will be exhibits from a variety of gf vendors.
