Hi, I'm brand new to this list and haven't been formally diagnosed with CD
yet, although I strongly suspect it. I have a question that needs a little
background to set up.

Briefly, after the birth of my second child I began having gallbladder
attacks and ultrasound revealed gall stones. I have NOT had it removed, as
I would prefer to at least try healing first. A nutritionist recommended I
try an elimination diet for four weeks and I had no attacks during that.
When I reintroduced wheat I had a GB attack; a week later I reintroduced
oats and had another attack. I began researching wheat allergy on the net
and discovered CD and read Ron Hoggan's article on the connection between
GB and CD. I have been lactose intolerant for longer than I can remember
and also spent my a large part of my childhood (and adulthood!) running for
the bathroom in distress.

All that to say: I have an intact gallbladder with stones and strongly
suspect CD. Does anyone have any experience with or information on the
gallbladder possibly healing after going on a gluten-free diet?

I appreciate any advice or experience anyone can give.

Thanks in advance,
