Hi. I wonder whether anyone else has seen a possible connection between sleep
disorders, especially night terrors, and celiac disease. One of my children,
apparently healthy, began having them (going from sleep into a state of
delirium with screaming, violent thrashing and kicking, etc.). He then became
very ill for several years (abdominal pain, weight loss, fatigue), but
recovered on a gf diet, and the night terrors, which had become worse and more
frequent over the years, diminished at about the same time. He now sleepwalks
occasionally, and has had a couple night terrors after traveling (it is
difficult for us to travel without making diet mistakes, in spite of trying
pretty hard).

My other child--non-celiac, as far as we know--talks a lot in her sleep, and I
wonder if there are more sleep-talkers among celiacs?

Thanks for any info or experiences that you can share with me.
