I will be starting a new job in a few weeks and will be commuting 1/2 hour,
so won't be able to go home for lunch like I do now (I currently live 5
min. from home). What do others take to work for lunches? There is a
refrigerator in my new office, but I'm not sure about a microwave.

I know that I can take fresh veggies and fruit, GF crackers/chips, cheese
slices, etc. I often just open a can of tuna or chicken and eat that with
GF crackers, but that gets old/boring.

Any suggestions you can give me would be greatly appreciated!
