i have been put in touch with the wife of a newly diagnosed celiac in rural NE Kansas.  she shops some in Topeka and some in Lawrence.

can someone in that area help her with local shops and maybe a support group?  i am in east texas and helped best i could with mail order stuff and GF "regular" grocery store stuff, but i think she would rather not do much mail order.
