Hi. I'd like to say 'Thank You' to the people that
responded to my message. Listed below is a summary of
the responses:

* 1 person with celiac responded that a GF diet (for
5 years) did not help bipolar/depression symptoms.

* 1 person with celiac found GF diet helpful in
relieving bipolar/depression symptoms.

* 4 people that do not have celiac reported that GF
diet was helpful in alleviating bipolar/depression
symptoms. One person had relief after being on the
diet a few days, and two people reported relief after
a few weeks.

* 1 person that does not know if she has celiac, but
maintains a GF diet reported that the diet was helpful
in alleviating depression. The improvement was noted
after 1 week GF.

* 5 people reported that they were uncertain as to
whether or not GF diet was helpful with
bipolar/depression symptoms.
