Gluten-Free Day at Stress-Less Gourmet
15203 Pearl Rd., Strongsville, OH
August 28th, 2004   12:00-3:00p.m.

A "gluten-free 101" seminar featuring Trisha Lyons, RD, LD, a practicing dietitian at MetroHealth Medical Center and Bonnie J. Kruszka, author of Eating Gluten-Free with Emily will run from 12:00-12:30.  Both Trisha and Bonnie are actively involved with the Northeast Ohio Celiac Support Group (NEOCSG).  The NEOCSG raises local awareness and research funds for Celiac Disease.  Please call 440-878-2025 to reserve your spot for the seminar because space is limited.
