In the NY Times "Dining Out" Section today, comedian Susie Essman who
plays Larry David's agent's wife on HBO's "Larry David Show" talks about
her various food aversions and adds, "I don't eat dairy, either, but I
love cheese....I live on sushi. No flour or whaeat. I was diagnosed last
year with celiac disease. Yeah, you can say it, I can be the poster
child for it. You don't absorb the nutrients in the food because of your
reaction to gluten. The good thing is, I don't have to worry about my
weight anymore"

You probably could read the entire article on NY Times web site (sorry I
don't have it ).

You can retrieve this article by going to www.nytimes.com and
clicking on the Dining and Wine Columns Section
