and Easy Grilled Ham Steaks (recipe follows).  

Easy Grilled Ham Steaks

2 (1" thick) boneless fully cooked ham steaks
1/2 cup ginger ale 
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon canola oil
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground cloves

Combine ginger ale and next 8 ingredients.  Pace ham steaks in large zip-top 
bag.  Pour marinade over steaks; seal.  Refrigerate 8 hours turning 
occassionally.  Drain steaks, discarding marinade.  Grill, covered, over medium-
hot coals, 11 - 14 minutes each side.
