Hi all!

I got a few more responses after posting my summary for wanting to include more fruits and veggies in my diet.

1 said to buy the prewashed veggies at the store and eat them raw. And eat apples and peanut butter for snacks.

Another mentioned frozen veggies, such as green beans and peas. Easy and quick.

1 said alfalfa tablets and nettle tea. Not as a replacement for veggies, but to supplement.

1 said to make smoothies with soy milk and frozen or canned fruit. Throw it in the blender with some flaxseed and it's like a complete meal.

1 said Garden of Life Perfect Food. It comes in both tablets and powder form. The website is http://www.gardenoflifeusa.com/foundational_nutrition.shtml The manufacturer says it is GF, even though barley grass and such is listed on the label. I have actually tried this, but found it to be too expensive to continue on.

Thanks to all,

Kelli
