I cannot dispute what you say above.   However, in a recent phone call to
Kraft, makers of Jello, after several minutes of spirited discussion, we
came to the conclusion that, although there were no overt gluten containing
ingredients in Jello, Kraft is unwilling to state that anything they make
is GF.  So this is one of those products that if you really want it, you're
going to have to take your chances.
