Im getting married in July, 2001. I already plan to have two wedding
cakes: one regular for the guests, and one Gluten/Wheat/Lactose free
for myself and hubby. (Hubby to be is lactose intolerant - match made
in heaven, huh? Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew of a GF bakery
(in the NJ/NY area) who can make a GF wedding cake. I know some vendors
sell GF cake mix, but Id rather not have to worry about baking a cake
before my wedding day. Also, Id rather not go to a "regular" bakery for
fear of cross contamination.

Thank you,
Teresa
