I received the following email in response to my inquiry concerning the
availability of gluten free foods for persons with Celiac Disease (the all
caps was theirs).

I WOULD RECOMMEND USING EITHER OF OUR CHILL PACK CHICKEN OR OUR INDIVIDUALLY
FROZEN CHICKEN. THE CHILL PACK CHICKEN IS JUST CHICKEN, AND HAS NO ADDED
INGREDIENTS AT ALL IN IT.  THE FROZEN CHICKEN IS MARINATED WITH A SOLUTION OF
CHICKEN BROTH AND SODIUM PHOSPHATES. THE BROTH IS MADE FROM COOKED CHICKEN
AND HAS NO CARRIERS, MSG, DAIRY, WHEAT, SOY, OR EGG IN IT. EITHER ONE WOULD
BE ACCEPTABLE.
