I have been reading the postings about mycereal.com and decided to
try it. I thought it would be a fun change for my toddler son. I
understood from later postings that the company couldn't guarantee the
cereal to be gluten free, but I had already placed my order. I received
it today and was mortified when I read the ingredients list. My son's
"wheat free" cereal had modified wheat starch, wheat starch and malt.
The malt I can understand, because it isn't wheat....but wheat starch
and modified wheat starch???!!! I sent a letter of concern to the
company. It is the little things like this that make our already
difficult and exhausting diet even more frustrating.
