Yay!!!!!!!! This was my favorite chili before the GF diet! I am so excited
to have found this support group! Let me give you a brief introduction:
My name is Katherine and I am 29 years old, licensed Manicurist, School
Certified Aromatherapist and small business owner and studying nutritionist.
I was diagnosed with Celiac disease at age 20 after a year of testing and
was diagnosed finally by a Canadian doctor here in the USA. When diagnosed I
weighed 80 lbs. I thought i was going to die! I have struggled with the diet
and with weight gain ever since diagnosis.

I am anxious to meet all of you and hope I can keep more up to date on the
research of this disease.

Also I have wondered if others have trouble keeping weight off and is it
because of the years of previous starvation that slows the metabolism?
