Here in Spain is easy to buy GF products. The main shoping centers here ("El
Corte Ingles") have GF products from Glutafin and other manufacturers. In
almost all health food markets there are many GF products. Many bakehouses
make
GF bread. And here normal processed foods are more GF than in USA, because
here
many basic ingredients, like vinegar, aren't make with grains.

I think that in Madrid, Toledo & Seville there are "El Corte Ingles"
centers. If
you want more information about specific products, mail me and I'll ask the
"GF foods in spain book".
