It appears to me that the folks at Reckitt and Colman Inc.
(800-841-1256) are VERY confused...

I saw the post yesterday with this in it: I "spoke to a very kind
gentleman in their quality assurance department. He states that their
mustard powder, "Coleman's English Mustard," is 100% ground mustard
seed and nothing else. He further stated that all French's mustard
products (Coleman's and French's are affiliated here in the states)
are gluten free!"

Well, today I called their 800 number and was told by Jean that the 2
oz. and 4 oz. containers of dry mustard powder (manufactured in the UK)
are NOT GF, because there is wheat flour used in the ground mustard
seed. All of the 2 oz. and 4 oz. sizes are from the UK and are NOT GF.
Only the institutional size, 32 oz (??), is made in the U.S. and is GF.

I am quite concerned with their inconsistencies; I am tossing their
powder out!
