Does anyone have a good gluten free/wheat free Christmas Cake, Christmas
Pudding, and mincepie  recipes for Christmas?

I have looked at various web sites but not found anything.  I want to make
my Christmas fare very shortly, and I was only diagnosed with CD in January
this year.
