Has it been decided whether buckwheat, millet, and quinoa
are okay or not?

What is the cellobiose/mannitol sugar permeability test?  How is it
done and what does it tell?  Are there other non-invasive screening tests?

Lastly, how is transient gluten hypersensitivity diagnosed?
