I eat Fritos  all the time with no problem.  The ingredients on the package
indicates they  are o.k.  and the CSA gluten-free products listing says they
are gluten free.   My God,  we have to have some kind of a guide to go by or
we will go crazy.  We can't go to factories individually and watch for
contamination.   Also does anyone know if Tcby vanilla and chocolate yogart
