I have just received word from Miceli's Dairy (NE Ohio area), That their
Ricotta Cheese, reghular, lite, and non-fat, are all GF.

Sorry, I forgot to ask for a GF list.

At least now I can make lasagna with the rice based noodles.  I really like
lasagna, and now I have a local source for the filling.
