Why do we need Fast-Tract?
It has been well-documented that a good source of probiotic bacteria in
the diet is helpful and that they are a natural part of the food chain.
Modem diets include caffeine, sugar, simple carbohydrates, preservatives
and overly-processed foods. A8 these factors can lead to reduced levels
of probiotic bacteria in the intestinal system, providing an environment
for putrefactive bacteria to dominate. Including Fast-Tract in the diet
regularty may help replenish the supply of probiotic bacteria and
replace those lost through normal body functioning
How do we use Fast-Tract?
Because Fast-Tract is an active source of lactobacillus bacteria, in a
self-carbonating liquid form, we recommend refrigeration of the product
after opening. Gently shake the bottle and untwist the cap slowly to
release any gas. There may be a Bttle sediment in the bottom of the
bottle, which is a nutrient for the bacteria. Mute with water, freshly
squeezed juices, add to recipes, use in smoothies and salad dressings,
or drink neat.
Fast-Tract is recommended as part of every start-up program. Drinking 30
to 50ml of Fast-Tract along with a teaspoon of In-LJven for the first
10-14 days can jump-start the good bacteria in the gut. Then every 3
months a dean-out regime using Fast-Tract along with 3 teaspoons a day
of In-Uven over a 10 to 14 day period is recommended.
Drink Fast-Tract to fast track your intestinal health! Why is Fast-Tract
gluten-free?
1% of the world's population is considered gluten intolerant. Fast-Tract
is GLUTEN FREE, and is an excellent starting point for people who have
food allergies and intolerances. For serious intolerances, we suggest
you drink 50-75 rnfs a day for f Q-15 days to assist the good bacteria
to establish themselves in your gut, and then graduate to In-iiven.
What are the side effects of Fast-Tract?
Some side-effects of commencing any probiotic supplement may include a
condition called 'excessive drainage syndrome', which includes headache,
diarrhoea, bloating or constipation. Another cornrfiorHy reported Side
effect is intestinal gas. These side; effects sire; attributed to the
cleansing of toxins from the body and may last for a few days. Heafth
Practitioners recommend lowering the supplement dosage to reduce the
side-effects, or pre-treating with colonic therapy or stool softeners
and fibre as tolerated or advised by a healthcare professional.
