I would like to tell you all about this great pasta I discovered - it is made by a Canadian outfit called Tinkinyada.  I called them and they said the whole plant if gf.  They have elbows, the wide and narrow spaghetti, also the spirals(my favorite).
Their pasta is absolutely the best I have ever tasted.
