In the next few months I will be moving to Albuquerque, NM. My husband is already there so he is scouting around for me but I am interested in all of your information on where to get good gf stuff, restaurants, things to watch out for in New Mexican cooking, etc...  I have found Karina's Gluten Free Goddess blog already... anything you can tell me will be appreciated!
