              This is what I received for responses for low calorie and GF frozen meals. 
   
  1) Amy's gluten free frozen meals
   
  2) Van's frozen g/f plain waffles that you can get at Wal-mart for (6 for 1.77)toast 2 and put your meat, peanut butter or whatever inside for a sandwich.
   
  3)  Cook meals for yourself on the weekends & freeze
   
  4)  Look at what a Trader Joe's or a Whole Foods might have.
   
  5) Leftovers from "last night's supper” are the best
