Hi.

A question about the above.

I know that another name for sweet rice flour is "Sticky rice" or
"Glutanous Rice" (having nothing to do with GLUTEN). Is this the same
kind of rice used in sushi? That would make life here (without the
plethora of Asian markets) so much easier if it were.
