Am I being rash? When I was first diagnosed, before my breakfast
meeting at a Marie Callendar's I insisted on inspecting the ingredients
on the box that the "country potatoes" came in before eating them, since
I know some frozen potato products are off limits. Since then

I've had hash browns at a Yosemite cafeteria, and a couple

days ago at a Lyon's restaurant (I'm in N. Calif.), without checking
the ingredients. Is this something you worry about or avoid? I
haven't gotten sick, but I expect I could have intestinal damage even
if I don't get ill. What do

you do? I love those potatoes, but want to know how careful
I should be...

thanks
Helen
