I would like to make my own bread, using xanthan gum as a substitute.
Any ideas? I am intolerant to corn, and recently found out that
xanthan gum is made from corn stalks.

If this is successful, I will be buying a breadmaking machine to make
the process easier.

All suggestions will be very welcome! Thanks!

Jo-Anne Coleman :)
