Thanks so much to everyone that sent me meal ideas. I got 115 responses. Amazing!

Out of the 115, 79 of you highly recommended Chebe bread. We did buy it and if was delicious! I've made pizza and rolls so far and I'm looking forward again to our annual Christmas eve tradition of Clam chowder with rolls since we can have them wit Chebe bread. Thanks so much!!

Alot of you also sent me recipes much too many to put on here so I'll just choose my favorite that we received. It is for Peanut butter cookies.

GF Peanut butter cookies

2 cups of Peanut butter (chunky)
4 eggs
2 cups of sugar (white)
12 oz chips

Cook on 325° for 10-12 min.

These are really good but I had to make some adjustments. I have to cook them for 25 minutes in order to get done. I also found that they stick terribly so I bought some of the reylolds wrap that was non stick and had no more problems with sticking. One other thing thatI tried and was really good was adding 1/4 cup of cocoa powder. They are delicious with this addition! This recipe makes 4 doz cookies which is a ton so I freeze the dough and just cook what I need (or want). Also there is no misprint, there really is no flour required for these but after they cool and you take them off of the cookie sheet you honestly can't tell that there is no flour in them.

I'm very sorry it has taken me so long to put this on the group but we've had a very sick family since Thanksgiving with kids in the hosp. I will write some of you back and I sincerely appreciate all of the thought and effort you've put into the mails you have all sent to me!

Christina (from WY)
