I have heard that when you take synthroid your thyroid glad stops
producing  whatever it is that it produces. I wonder if it's possible
that eating gluten could result in the thyroid gland malfunctioning
and therefore the need to be on synthroid. If so then perhaps becoming
gluten free could imply that one no longer needs synthroid. If that's
the case then the question would be how to figure that out, short of
stopping the medication which seems like a bad idea. Comments
appreciated. Thanks.
