To the List, There were about ten responses to my message about the Outback Steakhouse GF list -- in Hanover Mall, MA. One person pointed out that the Outback headquarters will send you the GF list. Others replied with skepticism -- They tried an Outback restaurant in other places and found that there was no GF list and sometimes the staff didn't know what they were talking about and were ignorant about Celiac and gluten. One or two were skeptical about any list anyplace and urged caution. I understand their caution, but I am not going to simply reject out of hand good faith efforts to accommodate to our diet needs.
