Well, I only got a couple responses regarding places to find gluten free
food in Sacramento or Roseville, California.  One person said that "In &
Out Burger" offers a burger patty with fries.  I think she said that the
burger patty has tomato and onion on it and is wrapped in a lettuce
leaf.    Another person suggested that "Brookfield's" will work with
patrons with allergies.

I am going to make up a form letter explaining what I am looking for and
send it to several restaurants that I used to frequent.  We'll see if
that gets any good response. I'll post to the list later.
