A number of respondents provided me with home recipes, which not doubt were more tasty than the two Kroger brands I have tried, Blake's and Atkins. But since I do all the cooking at my home, for me to follow a recipe is like trying to find a cabin in Wyoming without a GPS. But in my defense there is nothing about a microwave I cannot tell you about. The sad part of those replies, not one of gals invited to their home to taste their endeavor.
One respondent said she wanted to try  a chicken pot pie from Strictly Gluten-Free. I pulled of their site and found their offering about double of my two but here is the catch when I punched in to see what the shipping and handling on four pies the total price was over fifty dollars (you can do the math).
