As the cook and baker of our home I am mainly responsible for ensuring
gluten free food for my husband. I wrote earlier about my husband suffering
an attack during the easter weekend. We had a big meal Saturday night with
relatives and it started that evening and lasted until tuesday. At first I
thought it was the chocolate bar (since then IGA emailed me that it was gf),
then I thought the soy sauce, but was not sure because I have used this
brand many times. Tonight I talked with Rob's sister and she said that she
used poultry seasoning, salt and pepper on the turkey as well our other
sister-in-law brought canned cranberry sauce. What do you think, could it
have been the poultry seasoning or the cranberry sauce? I would appreciate
your thoughts.
