Hello fellow listmembers,

Can anyone please help me with up-to-date information about the GF status of
corn tortillas which would be available in New Brunswick, New Jersey?

My brother-in-law from New Brunswick will be visiting us in August and I
will be asking him to bring me some as they are unavailable here in Ireland.
When I visited him in Feb. I tried 2 brands but only checked the ingredient
labels. Now that I have checked the archives, I understand that this may
not be enough to ensure that they are GF, but most of the information I
found there is contradictory and confusing and now quite old.

The 2 brands that were available in his local supermarket in Feb. were:
1) Mission, PO Box 6711, Los Angeles, CA 90022, California (I think these
were in the refrigerator section)
2) ?Baja (in a different section - ?nearer to the fresh bread) - I'm not
even sure of the name.
As these would be probably the most convenient for him to buy, I would
really appreciate if someone could check out these 2 brands especially -
alternatively any GF brand with information on where it would be available.

Thanks in advance,
Liz (Ward), Dublin, Ireland
