?Dangerous Grains" by: James Braly, M.D. and Ron Hoggan, M.A. I must say
that it is the best-consolidated source of information I have ever read on
celiac disease. Authors have performed a great service to people everywhere
by producing such a clear, concise, portrayal of the disease and its
remedies. I myself have been on a gluten free diet for the last 7 years and
can personally testify to the tremendous health benefits by following the
program, which this book describes. It is book worth to read, also is a
