Dear friends,

I have just baked mochi in my waffle iron.The Mochi looks just like
moon crust which I wrote here a week ago.I was suprised to see mochi
turn out like moon crust.The only difference  is that mochi comes in
many different flavors and I only tried sweet brown rice and cinnamon
and rasin.

So it is up to everyone to decide for themselves, MOCHI or MOON
CRUSTS....hahahaha!!!
