The Charlotte Celiac Support Group will meet Saturday, Feb.7th from
1:30-3:30 at Carolinas Medical Center, Third Floor, Dining Room 1.  Our
program includes Nancy Taylor, MS,RD,LDN speaking on "The Importance of a
Gluten-Free Diet for Celiacs, Nutritionally Speaking", and Kathie and Rick
Krause owners of CAROLINA COUNTRY KITCHEN, INC. who will display and explain
their wonderful products.

Please bring a finger food, complete with recipe (or list of ingredients) to
share.  Gluten Free Delights will be sending a few samples for us to enjoy
including a wonderful Valentine Cookie Assortment.  Their phone number is:
