Does anyone know if there has been a change in the old concept
that oat is one of the four enemies to celiacs?
I am asking this because in a an article published by Reuters "Twin
study shiws gluten allergy mostly in genes", on April 12 it says
that gluten is found in wheat, barley and rye
TIA
