Summary of Gluten Friendly restaurants in Minneapolis & Duluth, MN:

Go to www.outback.com , www.carrabbas.com , www.bonefishgrill.com .  They are all owned by Outback Steakhouse and have gluten free menus and location maps on their web sites.  Print a copy of the menu, take it with you, and -------ASK FOR THE MANAGER------.  Perhaps there will be one near where you will be. 

 Try going to www.goodhealthpublishing.com for a list of 70+ national/regional restaurants and their lists of gluten/wheat free items. There's also a gluten free dining card that can be presented to restaurant personnel to ease the ordering process.


For Minneapolis, MN area:
The Biaggi's chain serves gluten-free pastas.  Here are some of the locations around Minneapolis.

There's a great summary in the archives about the Twin Cities:  Should give you the info you need to track it down. I will note that the  Sidney's restaurant location in Minneapolis (on Hennepin) has closed since 
this summary. Also, the Whole Foods in Minneapolis has just started selling their GF Bakehouse items.

"Palominos and to talk to the chef, David. Basil's restaurant for steak on a bed of spinach with veal reduction sauce and potato slices that they will make GF.  Sorry, I haven't tried these but because we visit our daughter there, I keep notes on Minneapolis.
