Smarties in England and Canada are NOT the same as Smarties in the U.S.
They are a completely and absolutely different candy. Smarties in the U.S.
come in a clear cellophane roll and are like tiny Sweet Tarts. They do not
contain chocolate and they do not contain gluten. They are GF. Smarties
from Canda and England do indeed contain wheat are are NOT GF.
