I checked with the local Noodles & Company a year or so ago because their
menu looked pretty safe to me, and discovered that the vegetable broth that
they use in EVERYTHING contains gluten. It was quite a disappointment. I'm
very interested in reading any responses people have received from the
company, in case something has changed.
