On behalf of my daughter (who has CD) and her fiance, I am seeking helpful 
info on honeymoon locations and experiences in the Caribbean, especially on 
Antigua and Barbados islands and especially with regard to gluten free friendly 
hotels and restaurants. While their trip will be in January of 2008, info from 
trips at other times of year would certainly be helpful too. 

I will summarize if there is great enough response!
