Based on the recommendation of another list member, I made my first GF apple
pie using the Gluten-Free Pantry's Perfect Pie Crust mix.  I give it a
thumbs-up.  It's especially great for those of you, like me, who don't do
much gluten-free baking and therefore don't have large stores of GF flour on
hand.
