Hi listmates...

First time writing to the list, though I have gotten MUCH good advice/help
from the emails. I myself am not CD, but I am looking for a GF recipe for
bagels (preferably a good one) for my fiance. I have found a pretty good
one, the taste & texture's right he says, but after a few days they turn into
hockey pucks (and they don't brown like a bagel should)....

I've been on a (almost totally) GF diet for over 6 months, and have to admit
I've been feeling better! My fiance has reative cd/sprue (I think that's
right) and he LOVES bagels. Until I made some for him a couple of weeks ago,
it had been over 3 years since he had any....Needless to say, he was a VERY
happy campers :)

If anyone can help me find a *good* recipe, we would both be very thankful (I
can't stand the things myself, but he loves them and they are fun to make).
I'm still learning about CD/Sprue and this list has really been a big help!
Thanks guys!

Thanks in advance

Tammy
