Thank you for all of the replies, very supportive at this time. I
received over 30 responses concerning St. Johns Wort for mild depression
that Celiacs sometime have. Every one of the replies stated that taking
the Wort according to directions lifted their spirits and they no longer
suffer from being "down", some said it helped make them "sunnier" and in
a better mood, or helped them cope. Most said it took about 2 to 4 weeks
for the Wort to help. People purchased it from grocery stores, health
food stores or wherever available, seemed not to matter the brand. Thanks
for all the responses. I got my husband a bottle, and he has been taking
it for about two weeks, did not tell him what it was for, and I notice he
is more upbeat, and seems to have more energy, will keep him on it.

Thanks again,
Becky Bailey
