Thanks to all who replied.  The Cheesecake Factory seems to be very gf
friendly.  The replies included an appetizier of taquitos, and entrees of
caribbean steak, shrimp scampi with rice thai noodles, garlic mashed
potatoes, chicken medallions in balsamic vinegar sauce, and the chef even
used rice flour for a shrimp dish.  No one seemed to know about
Ghiradelli's, so I called the one in Chicago myself.  They said the
chocolate and vanilla ice cream are for sure gf, they'd have to check on
the others.  Both places seem very friendly and willing to help!
