Hi Everyone,

This is my first summary post, so I hope I do it correctly. The majority
of the responses said to try the chebe bread recipe at chebe.com.
Another suggested, www.delphiforums.com for a recipe.

One person suggested the following for making calzones- Bette Hagman's
French Bread recipe. Spread some dough into a 4" circle. Place
meat/veg/cheese filling in center. Blob and spread some dough over and
around the sides. Bake high until browned lightly.

Another used Bette Hagman's thick yeast pizza crust recipe- it is great-
it uses tapioca starch and rice flour. I think it is in The Gluten free
Gourmet, but it might be More From the GLuten Free Gourmet.

Lastly, someone suggested trying Carol Fenster's pizza crust recipe for a
stromboli.

I personally have not had the time to try these yet. I did try to substitute
Bette's Bean flour mix into a wheat flour recipe. It turned out ok but need
some spicing up. My children are very young and it is hard to experiment
with cooking. I'll let you know if I figure something out. For pizzas we use
Kinnikinnick's pizza crusts and my two year old likes them the best. Thanks
for everyone's input.
