Dear Friends,
I am a newly diagnosed celiac and would appreciate some clarification.

If I understand correctly maltodextrin found in a FOOD product from the
USA is considered GF.  Is this true?

It has been very helpful to me to be able to learn from all of you the
past few weeks.  The learning curve with this disease is steep but I'm
making progress.  Thanks to you all around the world.
